Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, here's what you need to know:

Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return Please contact us at ivory-armband-crux@duck.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo and we will make it right.
